Are reservations mandatory?
While reservations are not mandatory, we highly recommend them. Please note however, that our add on options are subject to availability; therefore, to guarantee your desired extended massage experience, we suggest reserving them at the time of your initial booking. Securing your preferred massage add-on in advance ensures we can accommodate your desire for an extended, blissful massage experience during your visit.
When I called to make an appointment, why was I connected to Garner Physical Therapy Center?
Tranquility Foot Sanctuary is situated within Garner Physical Therapy Center and shares the same contact number. When reaching out to our front desk or leaving a message, kindly specify that your inquiry pertains to Tranquility Foot Sanctuary.
Can I add on to my package?
Yes we offer the following add on options:
Callous and cuticle treatment ........................ $5.00
20 minutes of massage ....................... $40.00
40 minutes of massage ....................... $80.00

Do I have to get a soak in order to receive a massage?
While our main focus at Tranquility is on our exceptional foot soaks, we are also happy to accommodate massage-only sessions.
Do you offer pedicures?
Our foremost goal at Tranquility is to create a serene atmosphere where guests can enjoy a soothing foot soak.That being said, we do not provide pedicure services, as our focus is exclusively on relaxation.
Do you provide full body massage?
Tranquility provides a selection of massage add-ons for your preference, including lower leg and foot, lower arm and hand, or head, neck, and shoulder massages. Please note that we do not offer full-body massages at the sanctuary.
Why should I reserve Add-On Options before my soak?
Our add on options are subject to availability. To guarantee your desired extended massage experience, we suggest reserving them at the time of your initial booking. This ensures we can accommodate your desire for an extended massage experience during your visit.
How do I book a group?
Pamper yourself, close friends and family with a customized group soak. It's a fun and unique way to celebrate and create special memories (weddings, birthdays, "lady's night", etc.) Group bookings will require a reservation. Please call to learn how we can design a one-of-a-kind experience for your special occasion.
How long will my soak last?
Our standard soaks are 45 minutes, and massage add-ons are available in either 20 or
40-minute sessions.
Group soaks (6 to 10) run 55 minutes standard, plus add-on option.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive no later than 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow us to understand and address any questions you may have. Your early arrival will ensure a relaxed and personalized soak for you. If you (or your party) arrive late for
the appointment, the appointment will be shortened, with the price of the services paid for remaining the same.
What is the cancellation policy?
- If your appointment is cancelled 24 hrs. prior to when scheduled, 100% of your
payment will be returned. - If you cancel your scheduled appointment within less than 24 hrs., a cancellation
fee equal to the full payment will be applied. - Any no-shows for scheduled appointments will be charged the full price of
services.
What are your accepted means of payment?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Cash payments.
What type of information should I share with the spa specialist?
Kindly inform your spa specialist of any allergies you may have. Our custom foot soaks can be tailored to accommodate your specific allergy concerns.
What is your cell phone usage policy?
To foster a calm and tranquil atmosphere within our foot sanctuary, we kindly request that you silence your cell phone and refrain from making or receiving calls while in the sanctuary. However, please feel free to capture the experience with photos to share with your loved ones.
Can I bring my pet to my soak?
We warmly welcome service animals, but kindly ask that no other pets accompany you on your visit.
Are there any conditions when a foot soak may be unsuitable for a person?
A foot soak may not be suitable for you if any of the following conditions apply:
- Diabetes
- Diminished sensation
- Hypersensitivity to warm water
- Severe thrombocytopenia
- Severe osteoporosis
- Bleeding disorders or the use of blood-thinning medication
- Deep vein thrombosis
- Contagious conditions (such as athlete's foot, fungus, or open wounds)
Additionally, please be aware that foot soaks are known to lower blood pressure while increasing heart rate and body temperature.
